Quick tip before you start:
Out of season, think of frozen fruits and vegetables. Picked at maturity and immediately frozen, they keep all their vitamins.
The fruits being sweet, it is advised for your health (and good taste) to put less fruits than vegetables in your mixtures.

TOP 1: Succulent Raspberry / Blueberry Smoothie
Start with a little color, vitamins and antioxidants with this energizing raspberry-blueberry smoothie.
Put 400g of raspberries and 250g of blueberries in the bowl of your blender
Add 6 ice cubes, mix and ... enjoy!
Please note :
For a smoother milkshake version, you can add a yoghurt to the recipe.
A Thomson blender will mix well fruits especially with the Pulse function.
And with a large capacity bowl, it will be enough to treat the whole family!
TOP 2: The full of vitamin C
Simplicity and vitamin C on the program of this sweet banana-kiwi smoothie.
In the bowl of your Thomson blender, blending one banana and two kiwis and ... that's all !
The banana brings sweetness to the mix with the kiwis.
For amateurs, some ice cubes to mix with the set will bring more freshness.
TOP 3: Antioxidants and Pep's
Beautiful green color, antioxidants and peps in this matcha-mango-pineapple green tea smoothie.
In the bowl of the blender, mix 1 tablespoon of green matcha tea, 1/2 mango, 4 slices of pineapple and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix and enjoy!
If the mixture seems too thick, make it slightly more liquid with one or two tablespoons of water.
Here, the blender takes all its usefulness. It takes a powerful model like a Thomson blender equipped with 4 stainless steel blades to mix the pieces of pineapple.
TOP 4: The original mix
Green-orange-banana tea for this juice-like smoothie.
In the bowl of a Thomson blender, put half of a banana, the quarters of a peeled orange and a cup of green tea previously prepared.
Mix with 6 ice cubes and that's it!
The banana corrects the acidity of the orange, while giving the mixture a liquid appearance through the addition of tea.


TOP 5: creamy texture
A little milkshake look for this spinach-kiwi-banana smoothie shoots.
In the bowl of your Thomson blender, mix 1 banana, 2 handfuls of spinach sprouts and 2 kiwis peeled with 1/2 glass of milk.
Use slow or medium speed so you do not over lather.
TOP 6: A taste of the sun
Sun and originality with this delicious avocado-cucumber-rosemary smoothie.
Peel 2 avocados and 1 cucumber.
Cut the cucumber in half, and remove the seeds from the center with a spoon.
In the bowl of a Thomson blender, add the juice of a lemon, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 4 sprigs of rosemary.
Mix and serve fresh.
You can also mix with some ice cubes.
TOP 7: Good for facilitating the digestion
Juice and vitamins for this recipe to be made with a Thomson extractor.
After peeling, put 1 apple, 3 carrots, 1 fennel and 1 half lemon in the extractor.
Thanks to the presence of fennel, this juice will facilitate your digestion.
TOP 8: Excellent for detox
Another spring recipe also to be made with a Thomson extractor.
After peeling, put 2 apples, 1 cucumber, 1 handful of spinach leaves, 1 lemon and 1 small piece of ginger.
It is as detoxifying as delicious.


TOP 9: Simple and excellent soup
A very easy to prepare and quite delicious carrot-cumin soup (for 3 people).
The heating blender cooks the vegetables, then mixes them.
In your heating blender, put 350g of carrots peeled, 1 shallot, 1 teaspoon. powdered cumin, 1 a chicken soup broth cube and ½ liter of water.
When the program is finished, add 1 drizzle of olive oil and the juice of ½ lemon and 10cl of fresh cream.
Give some blender turns to mix.
Correct the seasoning before serving.
Please note:
One can replace the chicken soup broth cube by 1 tablespoon tamari (traditional soy sauce), more natural and less salty.
TOP 10: Classic but always appreciated
The traditional leek-potato-carrot soup revisited (for 3 people).
In the bowl of your Thomson heating blender, put 100 g of potatoes, 100 g carrots, 1 turnip diced.
Add 1 onion, 2 white leeks, 1 celery stalk, 1 handful of white beans, 300 ml water and 2 tablespoons tamari (traditional soy sauce).
When the program is finished, adjust the seasoning before serving.
